Georgian sauce

Ingredients: 
  • Tomatoes – 1500 g
  • Garlic – 1 spoon
  • Ajika – 1 spoon
  • Chili pepper – 2 spoon
  • Basil
  • Parsley
  • Oregano 
  1. Pour boiling water on tomatoes and peel off the skin. Cut in halves, remove seeds and smash the pulp until smooth mass.
  2. Boil that puree for 20 min.
  3. Put into the pot smashed garlic, herbs, ajika, chilli pepper. You can season it with salt, pepper and sugar. Mix all the ingredients.
  4. Allow sauce to cool and serve it cold.
