- Red sweet wine – 100 ml
- Fresh pomegranates juice -100 ml
- Garlic – 5 pieces
- Fresh basil – 2 spoons
- Starch – 5g
- Sugar – 1 spoon
- Chili pepper – 1 spoon
How to prepare:
- Pour wine and fresh pomegranates juice into the pot; put sugar, salt, herbs, smashed garlic pieces.
- Mix well and cook for 20 minutes. Do not forget to stir.
- Stir in the cornstarch into the mixture (5min until it’s done). And it is better to stir it in small amount of wine or juice).
