Pomegranate sauce

Ingredients: 
  • Red sweet wine – 100 ml
  • Fresh pomegranates juice -100 ml
  • Garlic – 5 pieces
  • Fresh basil – 2 spoons
  • Starch – 5g
  • Sugar – 1 spoon
  • Salt
  • Chili pepper – 1 spoon

How to prepare:

  1. Pour wine and fresh pomegranates juice into the pot; put sugar, salt, herbs, smashed garlic pieces.
  2. Mix well and cook for 20 minutes. Do not forget to stir.
  3. Stir in the cornstarch into the mixture (5min until it’s done). And it is better to stir it in small amount of wine or juice).
