White wine sauce

Ingredients: 
  • Low fat mayonnaise – 200 g
  • Garlic – 3 pieces
  • Mustard – 2 spoons
  • Brown sugar – 1 spoon
  • Dill – 1 spoon
  • Small onion – 1 piece
  • Lemon juice – 5 spoons
  • White dry wine - 100 ml
  • Black pepper
  1. Peel garlic and onion, cut it and smash it with a blender until the smooth mass.
  2. Fry all the mass in butter.
  3. Pour wine in the pan.
