Yogurt sauce

Ingredients: 
  • Fat-free joghurt – 200 ml
  • Garlic – 3 slices
  • Olive oil – 2 big spoons
  • Lemon – 1 spoon juice
  • Dill – 1 small spoon
  • Parsley – 1 small spoon
  • Salt 

How to prepare

Put all the ingredients (except salt and herbs) into a bowl and blend it. Season it with dill, parsley and salt.
